Coming November 17th, 2026: DIVE by Allison Mick

DRINK UP WITH THE DREAMERS, THE DESPERATE, AND THE DAMNED

Welcome to The Liz: a legendary Oakland punk bar with a fiercely loyal clientele of skull-cracked musicians, aspiring comedians, fans, hangers-on, and vampires.

Learn its sordid history; set some banks on fire; skirt a little too close to radical new film technology; volunteer for experiments that make you physically crave art—and the people who make it; and hear the joke that kills every cop who hears it (don’t worry, you'll be fine, we think).

Author & comedian Allison Mick guides you through interconnected horror stories alternately gross, funny, and heartbreaking, and shows you why every story in The Liz makes a killing.

Coming February 2027: WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE by Danger Slater

The Hopewells are Good People, living the Dream. Pillars of the community, even. Logan is the inventor of the wildly successful—and wildly invasive—social media app Bckyrds. Kennedy runs WagWear, a charity that makes tiny pants for terminally ill puppies.

Look, we don’t all have the same Dream, okay?

One morning they awaken to find themselves mysteriously, and permanently, bonded to their house via fleshy umbilical cords. They can’t eat; they can’t leave; their once-protective home is now a prison, draining them of their luster, and quite literally of their nutrients. What did two Very Good People ever do to deserve this?

Turns out, there’s a solution. It’s just a bit messy.
WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE is an absurd, hilarious journey through privilege, morality and murder; a splat-ire for the new golden age.

Coming in 2027: NOT ONLY WILL THIS KILL YOU BUT IT WILL HURT THE WHOLE TIME YOU ARE DYING by Dave V. Riser

placeholder art; final cover to be illustrated by Echo Echo

In a world where ancient powers haunt the deep ocean and compel the dead to walk out of the sea, Curwen, an immature, transgender ex-street kid, is the last acolyte of the Old Ones.

And he is dying.

While attempting to refine his necromancy in order to save himself, he is accosted by two rival cultists from across the sea: Dmitri, an angry, pale swordsman, and Ivan, Dmitri’s blind, compassionate older “brother.” They capture Curwen, but not before Cur uses his powers to prevent any of them from leaving his beachside home.

Despite their contradictory goals—the necromancer wishes to bring about the end of the world, the cultists to save it—Cur and Ivan grow closer. Power and intimacy shift uneasily between the three as they struggle to survive and make sense of one another, until it becomes clear that Cur must make a choice: the Old Ones, himself, or his cultists.
